Orders and payment
Online orders are made exclusively through our e-commerce site, or in partner stores, either in-store or online. Regarding orders on our e-commerce site, you can order at any time, 24/7. Simply select your favorite items, choose your size, and confirm your cart. Payment is made online. There are no stockouts, but your garment goes into production on the 1st of each month.
We accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). We also offer payment services such as Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.
In most cases, no , it is not possible to modify or update an order after it has been validated. However, you can write to us by email and we will do our best to adjust your order before it is shipped.
Payment is debited immediately after validation of the order.
You can select your preferred currency on our website (EUR, USD, GBP), but all payments are processed in euros (EUR) at checkout. The price in your chosen currency will be converted to euros using the exchange rate applied at the time of purchase. Conversion fees may be applied by your bank or payment provider.
Your bank may have blocked the transaction for various reasons. You can contact them to find out if there is a restriction or block on their side.
No customs duties apply within the European Union. Outside the EU, taxes or customs duties may apply depending on the country.
Deliveries, returns and exchanges
Orders are shipped between 3 and 6 weeks after the 1st of the month. This time includes manufacturing and consolidated shipping. Please note that before each order, you can obtain an approximate delivery time listed on the page of the product you wish to purchase. In fact, a date tunnel is transmitted to indicate the production and delivery date of your purchase after placing your order.
Yes, we ship to several countries. Fees vary depending on the destination. If your country does not appear in the checkout, we recommend contacting us by email.
A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your package is shipped. You can also track your delivery via your personal online space on our website by creating a customer account.
They are calculated automatically based on your address, the weight of the package and the delivery method selected.
Check the items immediately upon delivery. Email us photos or videos showing the defect, along with your order number, within 14 days of delivery. We will review your request and offer you an appropriate solution.
Once the returned item is received and the team verifies that it meets the return policy, the refund will be issued in the form of a gift card or a refund to the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
Once the package leaves the NEO Nation premises, the carrier is the appropriate contact for tracking. If you have any delivery issues, contacting them is recommended. A fixed compensation fee may be available from the carrier in the event of loss.

However, each year new colors and styles are introduced. These new items are released each year, in January for the upcoming summer and in June for the upcoming winter.
